How to Use: Ignite before use
Grinding process time-consuming Agarwood must be ground to 200-mesh powder, avoiding high-speed crushing that generates heat and damages the aromatic oil molecules.
Formulation balance The binder ratio must be precise to within ±2% (e.g., natural nanmu bark powder accounting for 15%). Too much affects the fragrance, too little makes shaping difficult.
High forming difficulty Powder is kneaded by hand and pressed into 1.3mm sticks. Output is extremely limited, with only small daily batches available. Mass production is not possible.
Drying risk control The shade-drying process requires a constant temperature of 25℃ and humidity of 60% to prevent cracking or mold. The failure rate is about 15%.
